FitzGerald boosts its team

FitzGerald Consulting, the Claims trouble-shooter, has spread its wings far and wide since it was formed over seven years ago. Not only has there been substantial expansion of its activities in Europe but also throughout the US, South America and the Caribbean. Of course, the UK remains a key element of the business.

A number of major appointments of highly regarded consultants have been made recently to enhance the existing team.
FitzGerald has welcomed Clive Munnings, Gary Paton, David Rogers and Rob Sinclair as Senior Consultants. It is intended that these appointments will do much to support the growth anticipated by the company in the short to medium term.
Clive Munnings has joined FitzGerald from a major insurer where he had a stellar career having not only specialised in catastrophic personal injury claims but being instrumental in ‘Best Practice’ guidelines and reviews over all areas of Claims business.

Specialising in Liability and Casualty, Audit and Review, Gary Paton joined the company following a career spanning 35 years in senior management in the loss adjusting sector internationally. He was recently involved in a major US pharmaceutical litigation.
Another appointee as a Senior Consultant, David Rogers, has 30 years’ experience of handling litigated insurance claims and was formerly a partner with Davies Arnold Cooper and Davies Lavery. David specialises in Product Liability, Personal Injury and Disease claims, PI and Construction Industry losses.

Rob Sinclair recently led a major motor claims audit managing a combined UK/Italian audit team focusing on large loss/injury cases. He joined FitzGerald following 35 years’ experience in Company Market Claims Management. Rob’s expertise is in the field of Motor, Personal Lines, Personal Injury and litigation support. Also technical and compliance audits, restructuring programmes, process re-engineering and resource management.
