FITZGERALD LAUNCH LIABILITY DIVISION

FitzGerald Consulting has announced the formation
of a new liability division. This will be managed by
existing directors Alan Speyer and Alex Murray. This
will extend the service from consultancy in the
casualty field to niche liability adjusting.
Director Alan Speyer says,"There is a real need at the
top end of the claims market, typically in a product
recall claim where both policy holder and insurance
company both feel vulnerable for a high level of
adjusting expertise and management sensitivity. We
will not be interested in volume business."

Alan Speyer is a chartered loss adjuster and former MD of Pycraft and Arnold plc
Alex Murray is former Claims Director of Gerling UK.
