At the beginning of March, our managing director, Bev FitzGerald, and senior consultant, Baden Smith, gave a presentation at the Alarm Fire Group and FRIC Consortium Conference in Redditch. This focused on our experiences and ‘lessons learned’ in handling major incidents, such as terrorist attacks, as well as our expertise on multi-million £ bodily injury claims where we have provided Fire Services with specific case advice.

Our directors, Bev FitzGerald and Gerald Williams, gave a presentation to the London Market on CAT management – Property Damage & Business Interruption. This was very well attended by around 100 people. It focused on the company’s recent and continuing activities in New Zealand and Canada, together with insights and ‘lessons learned’ from other previous CAT events that we have worked on.
