Our Fraud Investigation Unit has developed a range of bespoke counter fraud strategies together with standards for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements governing the conduct of fraud investigations.

In addition, we offer training in conversation management skills and telephone interview techniques.

Fraud analysis may be carried out in it’s own right or, as we have often done, as part of an overall audit and review focused on reducing leakage and unnecessary claims spend.
